Insulating Firebrick K23 and K26

Insulating firebricks can be used as hot-face linings or as backup insulation behind dense firebricks in combustion chambers, ceramic kilns, sulfur recovery furnaces, steel induction furnaces, and forging furnaces. They are suitable for operating temperatures up to 2,600°F (1,426°C).

Key characteristics include low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, high cold-crushing strength, precise dimensions, good thermal-shock resistance, and resistance to deformation at high temperatures.
